Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have passed 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognised board or university.
Age Limit (as on 01-08-2017): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years
Age Relaxation:
Sr. No. Category of Candidates Relaxation of Age Permissible
1. SC/ST Candidates 5 years
2. OBC Candidates 3 years
3. Ex-Servicemen 5 years
4. PH Candidates 10 years
5. Candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu and Kashmir during the period from 1st January 1980 to 31st December 1989 5 years
6. Widows/Divorced Women/Women Judicially Separated and who are not remarried 7 years
Selection Process:
Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the Computer Based Examination, Computer Proficiency Test and Descriptive Test.
Application Fee:
General, OBC and UR Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- through SBI Challan, net-banking, or credit/debit card. SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PH and Women Candidates are exempted from paying any fee.
