Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released a notification for the recruitment of 106 Forest Rangers and Assistant Forest Guards. Interested candidates may check the vacancy details and apply online from 18-12-2017 to 08-01-2018.

•Post Name: Forest Ranger
•No. of Vacancies: 100
•Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34,800
•Grade Pay: Rs. 3600

•Post Name: Assistant Forest Guard
•No. of Vacancies: 06
•Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600-39,100
•Grade Pay: Rs. 5400
Job Location: Madhya Pradesh

Educational Qualification: 

For Assistant Forest Guard: Candidates should have passed Graduation Degree in Science/Engineering OR B.Tech. from a recognised university with 2-year Diploma certificate in Forest Training from a recognised Forestry College in India.
For Forest Ranger: Candidates should have passed Graduation Degree in Science/Engineering/Agriculture/Forestry from a recognised university.

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2018): Minimum 21 years and Maximum 28 years

Age Relaxation (For MP Domicile Only):

2. Female Candidates 17 Years
3. SC/ST Candidates 17 Years
4. Ex-servicemen 03 Years

Selection Process: 
Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Personal Interview.

Application Fee: 
General/Other Domicile candidates have to pay Rs. 500 and SC/ST/OBC candidates (MP Domicile) have to pay Rs. 250 through online mode using Kiosk/Net-banking/Credit or Debit Card.
