Goa PSC Recruitment 2017 – Apply Online for Jr Orthopaedic Surgeon, Paediatrician & Other Posts: Goa Public Service Commission (PSC) has published a notification for the recruitment of Junior Orthopaedic Surgeon, Junior Paediatrician, Librarian, Scientific Assistant, Child Development Project Officer/ Social Welfare Officer & Assistant Director vacancies. 1. Junior Orthopaedic Surgeon: 03 Posts
2. Junior Paediatrician (with specialization in Developmental and Behavioural Paediatrics): 02 Posts
3. Librarian in Government College: 01 Post
4. Scientific Assistant in Forensic Science Laboratory (Polygraphy): 01 Post
5. Child Development Project Officer/ Social Welfare Officer: 02 Posts
6. Assistant Director: 01 Post

Age Limit: 
Candidates age limit should not be exceeding 45 years.

Educational Qualification: 
Candidates should have recognised Medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act for S.No-01 & 02, Master’s Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven point scale plus a consistently good academic record, computerization of library for S.No-03, Master’s Degree in Science/ Master’s Degree in Arts, with at least second class from a recognised University with specialization in the discipline of Psychology for S.No-04, Master’s Degree in Social Service/ Social Welfare/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Home Science with Nutrition or Child Development as a subject from a recognised University or equivalent or Degree in Social Service/ Social Welfare/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Home Science with Nutrition or Child development as a subject from a recognised University or equivalent for S.No-05, Master’s Degree in Social Service or Social Welfare or Social Work or Sociology or Psychology from a recognised University or equivalent for S.No-06.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
