•Post Name: Secretariat Assistant
•No. of Vacancies: 39
•Pay Scale: Rs. 5,200-20,200
•Grade Pay: Rs. 2,400

Eligibility Criteria for Rajya Sabha Secretariat Recruitment (2017):
Educational Qualification: 
For Security Assistant: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
For Secretariat Assistant: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university and have minimum typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English, Hindi, or Urdu on Computer.

Age Limit (as on 18-08-2017): Minimum 18 years and Maximum 35 years

Age Relaxation:

2. OBC candidates 03 years
3. Ex-servicemen 10 years
4. PWD candidates 10 years

Selection Process: 
Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Preliminary Examination, Written Examination, Skill Test and Interview.

Application Fee: 
General Candidates have to pay Rs. 300 through online mode using Net-banking/Credit or Debit
Card. SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen and Women Candidates are exempted to pay any fee.
